As humans, our minds are hardwired to think critically and we can sometimes automatically think about how hard something is going to be. While it is good to think critically in life, it can definitely be debilitating to your goals. Try to stay positive by flipping it around and think about the benefits as opposed to the difficulties of what you want to accomplish.
